The right answer is Women gained the right to end pregnancies, while federal laws replaced state restrictions on abortions. The case foundation was based on how the woman Roe was defending was violated and she had the right to abort. But The District Court refused to establish a restriction on abortion laws. So, the case was passed to the Supreme Court of Justice of the United States, determinating that not permitting the abortion was against the policy of Privacy Law, in which it specifies how a person can choose whether or not to continue with the pregnancy. This right to privacy is considered a fundamental right in the protection of the US Constitution and therefore it could not legislate against it by any state. So that women gained the right to whether to continue their pregnancies and the national laws have to modify their laws against abortion since it violated the "constitutional right to privacy" under the due process clause of the "fourteenth correction" of the Constitution forcing the amendment of all federal laws and states that banned or restricted it.
