    The Great Awakening inspired the greater religious freedom. It led to the formation of many new types of churches. New churches established the fact of believe on personal ethics rather than on church traditional rituals. Colonist tried to established their own views about religion over church's rituals.

    Colonist overcame the religious barriers. Religion, caste and creed divides the society and create a mental distance between persons of different community. The importance of personal beliefs established over church system by colonist.
