What are two ways the federal government can manage broadcast media?

    One way is that they government sponsors/supports a certain broadcast media if they can broadcast what they want

    another way is they can make little laws that make it harder for smaller broadcast medias to run (or medias that they don't want to run) and the bigger ones (or the ones that the gov likes) isn't affected as much

    The airwaves available for radio and TV broadcasting are limited, the government decides who can use them.
