    Explanation:This is an immoral strategic move because instead of sticking to the rules in its own country, the company decides to go to the vulnerable countries, countries which are still struggling to establish themselves as they are still trying to develop.

    Instead of trying to find environmental friendly ways that they can use to operate their business, the company decides to escape and continue with their environmental inappropriate ways hence they are still going to damage the environment and affect people in that developing country. This is immoral.
