    The correct answer is B. Many people criticized Jackson of abusing his power after vetoing the recharter of the national bank. Jackson could see that the banks were rigged to keep wealth with the rich while hurting the poor, so he didn't renew the charter. His critics however used this as a ploy against him. Despite this, he was reelected to a second term.
