It is 1772 (before the "tea-party"), a briton and an american colonist meet at a tavern and began to discuss the "imperial troubles" dividing the british atlantic empire. let each man describe their own view of how the empire works and why (or why not) the colonists are (or are not) subject to parliament's taxes. have each attempt to refute the other's arguments. can they find any mutually agreeable solution to their dispute? how do you think the debate will end?
