What is the purpose of using the holistic critical thinking scoring rubric (hctsr) tool in critical thinking?

To evaluate the quality of the critical thinking process used in deciding what to do or what to believe.

The scoring system would determine which course of actions that would bring the most benefit to us (score the highest) based on pre-determined criteria.

We could rely on this system rather than based on our own analytic that most likely affected by our personal bias and emotion.
