    Explanation:in University of Cumberland has an applied learning practicum course where student do internship, alternative work or study et. c that is related to this field. there is an agreement of the school with internship organization that is made before students can undergo the training and the student takes a training that is related to their course of study. Because if the internship organization or sites learning or training do not allign with the student course being studied at that time, the school may reject such. This training or learning is important to student so that they can apply their course work to the different settings of their profession. In every semester course the student is going to undergo, it is required so student takes it every semester by enrolling for it.
