The impairment hazard is defined as the notice for employers and workers about how to identify and act to disability in the place where they work. Performance hazard is the contemplation of the risks that once the project is completed it does not achieve the expected goals and it can lead to more expensive costs, more time needed, etc. Situational Hazard is the condition in which environment, people or property are vulnerable to risks.
