There is no load over the client or subjects. It is a researcher or a therapist's responsibility to make the client or subjects autonomous value respectful.

    We can not say that it is a natural characteristic of a person but it is the combination of bio, psycho and social environment in which a person survives. The autonomy is dynamic so it changes by the time, ages or position of a person.
