    Explanation:

    In 2005 North Korea to abandon all nuclear weapons and existing nuclear programs but in July 4 of 2009 the North Korean government launched seven short-ranged missiles into the Sea of Japan (and launched four missiles in July 2) in allegedly a show of military might.

    The international reaction of this act was of absolute rejection, from countries like Russia, China, Japan (The chief cabinet secretary Takeo Kawamura even stated that this should be considered as "serious act of provocation against the security of neighboring countries") and United States.
