    Strike might be an efficient way to promote change because it will make others fight for the same change that is being fought.

    Explanation:

    This is because people are followers. People feel comfortable doing what the crowd is doing so if there is a crowd of people on strike, people will most likely want to join the crowd and fight. This changes their belief system and supports the change wanted.
