    Explanation: Walter Mischel's Theory of Personality explains that an individual's behavior is influenced by two things which are:-

    * The actual characteristics of a given situation

    * The way in which the situation is perceived.

    However, according to Walter Mischel, if a child for instance experiences a particular action, the child will then respond with a stable and a special set of behaviors, these patterns will become an attributes of the child, then leading to the stable attributes we think of as a personality.
