For whose primary economic benefit was the Georgia colony established?

    The Georgia economy was founded by James Edward who was the moving force behind the finding of the economy. James was wealthy and spent most of his lifetime working with the less fortunate. He had a strong belief that the colony will be the best settle for the poor and those who had debts in prisons

    The main reasons for the settlement therefore were for defense, economic and charity. the prisons in Georgia had many people in prison were did not commit any criminal activities and they did not deserve the environment.
