Explanation: Abraham Maslow gave the theory that there is a pyramid with a hierarchy of motivations derived from human needs, with the self-actualized at the very top of that pyramid. Before approaching the needs that are higher in the hierarchy, the needs that are lower in that pyramid must be met.

The need for self-actualization, which is at the very top of the pyramid, means fulfilling personal potential, constantly seeking further improvement and personal growth, new experiences, etc. As Maslow claims, a person who is self-actualized rarely finds him/herself in a situation where s/he is uncomfortable, or has a sense of separation, loneliness, because such a person is always surrounded by people, simply popular.
