    Based on the scenario, she may not be able to perform on a standard intelligence test compared in which having no accommodations that are made for her as she has no ability of hearing is because of the fact that the intelligence test is likely focused on the culture’s dominant language by which she couldn’t reinforce a language she can’t hear and that she couldn’t perform well.
