    Explanation: Stoicism states that we should not let our emotions control us such as fear, pain and pleasure but we must learn to take situations as they are or as they present themselves and that will bring us happiness.

    All the destructive emotions that we experience are not because of the situation but are based on how we have interpreted the situation.

    If we could just take life as it comes if will be better for us and our peace and in the way we treat others with justice and fairness.
