    It was Steve Hall, author of "Theorizing Crime and Deviance: A New Perspective" (2012), who argued the theory that western criminology continues to place the blame for crime on that which must be explained, that's consistent and solidifies and provides affirmation for the political as well as governmental projects of the day.
