    objectively I find that the corrupt police department not only don't report the faulty officers further down the chain of command but reward them ... public needs to know so justice can be delivered

    it's been found that the police department is deeply involved in corruption and brutality on the streets ... if I report this to the media, the resulting chaos will do more damage and perpetuate and justify brutality than has already been done
