You park downstream of an accident site on a busy four-lane highway. A fire apparatus has been positioned upstream to block two lanes of traffic. You are parked in the rightmost lane. Cones are placed in a line down the center of the highway, blocking off two lanes, including the lane to your left just outside the driver's side door. You may exit the vehicle:
