The treaties that were signed by France and Spain owing to the defeats against the United States in multiple wars majorly included provisions of ceding territories to America which were originally controlled by Spain and France. After the acquisition of these territories by the contemporary United States governments, numerous campaigns for the removal of aboriginal people from these lands were taken in hand.
