    emigration

    Explanation:

People will often migrate for economic causes. Often the factors accounting for new migrants coming are called "pull factors". A push factor is a forceful reason for people to migrate and is directly related to the conditions from which the person comes from.

The situations in the country from which migrants come can lowes the nation's labor force and consumer spending but, the countries receiving the emigrants will benefit from more availability of workers that will also become consumers in turn.

This means that migration not necessarily has a negative connotation.
