Moby, a resident of New Jersey, has an accident with Ogden, a resident of Illinois, while driving through that state. Ogden files a suit against Moby in Illinois Moby files a Motion to Dismiss and refuses to come to Illinois. How will the Illinois Court get jurisdiction over Moby?
