    Explanation:

    In order for the election process to be fair it has to consider most of the citizens in the country, it is usually achieved by having representatives from groups in society and this way, as they have to be chosen by the majority to gain access to the power, it is guaranteed that the election process is ethical and clear. In order for this process to be even more effective, representatives have to be replaced after a period of time to allow for new ideas and updated representation.
