Give two reasons why the handicapper general might view harrison as a threat to society

    The Handicapper General has a role of maintaining "equality", and thus, since Harrison is an extremely handsome genius, she believes he is 1, a threat to her as a leader of the country, and 2, because he is superior not only to her, but most of the others in their society, in both intelligence and abilities.
