Even having lots of members or money does not provide groups with reliable influence over government decisions.

    Explanation:

In democratic countries, the biggest that factor which might influence the government is the will of the majority of the people.

The research has shown that even when these interest groups have paid a certain government officials to pass laws that benefit them, the people could easily override the law if they're united and vote for their collective benefits.
