Answer:Functionalism.

Explanation:

Functionalism, in psychology, arose at the end of 20th century as an alternative of structuralism.

So that structuralism was founded by Wilhelm Wundt who gave big importance to the mind above all. On the other hand, functionalists criticised this idea saying that psychology wasn't a true science because it wasn't relied on directly observations, so functionalist adopt the idea that studying the behaviour directly was the right way to do science in this field.
