Hi! I am not sure if there are other details in your statements such as choices or a follow-up question. In case there is none, here is my answer. After winning power, the National Assembly did not come in to agreement with the goals. Some representatives wanted to keep the king involved in the government. The National Assembly needed to also deal with past issues such as debts and poverty.
