The following are some duties that you have as the resident of UAE:

Keeping public places and public transport clean: Littering in UAE can attract a fine of up to Dh500. Paying taxes on goods purchased in UAE: The prices of goods sold in the UAE are inclusive of all taxes and it is mandatory for everyone to pay the taxes. No alcohol consumption at public places: It is illegal to drink alcohol at public places and it is deemed a duty in the UAE to refrain yourself and others from drinking alcohol. Safe driving by following the right side of the road: Driving safely is another important duty in the UAE. You are supposed to drive on the right side of the road.
