Not being aware enough of things going on around her to see where problems and opportunities exist.

    Explanation:

Jill have to be aware of things going on around her to see where the problems came from and opportunities that exist around her before choosing alternative

step in the decision making process.

Before Jill decide to follow the six-step process for deciding what to do she have to make some research and find out the problem and she has to be aware where the problem start from.

Secondly she has to be aware of opportunities that exists around her and using those opportunities to achieve her goals.

Therefore the problem Jill is most likely to face during the implementation of chosen alternative step in the decision-making process is her not being aware enough of things going on around him to see where problems and opportunities exist.
