    True, the idea that multiple practices and belief systems are shared by all societies and can have effects on one another. This idea is the idea that in culture, nothing is lost. Each society has a contribution to societal culture as a whole. Therefore, practices that are common are a result of a summation of practices that have been going on for centuries and are a summation. Cultural integration can lead to a reduction of cultural differences that are seen in the world, due to a realization of the integration of all cultures.
