While walking up a steep hill on a golf course, your golfing partner begins complaining of chest discomfort. He breaks out into a sweat, feels nauseous, and appears pale. What is the likely cause?

    Pressure, discomfort or pain in the chest or arms, prossibly spreading to the neck, jaw or back. Nausea, indigestion or abdominal distress. Diffculty to breathe. Cold sweats. Fatigue Abrupt dizziness.
