    Explanation: 24-hours Continuing education is a mandatory course required by the real estate commission for lincense renewal, Real estate Broker lincence expires on the 31st of December of the third year for a 3years lincence, for the lincence to be renewed a Broker must have to complete a 24-hours mandatory continuing education course of which the first 12hours consists of three (3) different sections of four (4) hours of compulsory Annual commission update course and the other twelve (12) hours consists of Electives that can be combined as approved by the commission.
