Explanation:

The western region of America is particularly known for its practically wealthy and humongous supply of an array of mineral resources like oil, gold, copper and coal. These minerals are mostly concentrated in the Rocky Mountains, with all the minerals building up over the years. Not only, this but the western United States is also the centre of the timber industry of United States of America. It outsources most of the wood related resources and products to America, which includes things like lumber, cardboard and paper.
