The opportunity cost is what she loses if she chooses to sleep in

if she studies, she will probably get an A and lose 3 hours of sleep

if she sleeps in, she will probably get a C and gain 3 hours of sleep

so the opportunity cost of sleeping in is the A that she could have gotten if she had studied
