Texan Members of the grange fought against railroad in view of farmer rights and their exploitation in other parts of the country.

    Explanation:

The Grange also known as the Patrons of Husbandry was one of the first farmer's association in the country dedicated to the rights of the farmers to exist in their place and to uphold their freedoms and rights.

The rail road development in the state were one of the their prime concerns.
