    This era was headed by Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Schubert, Wagner, and others.

    c. Renaissance - 1450 1600

    d. Baroque 1600 1750

    This era was headed by Bach, Vivaldi, and Handel. Claudio Monteverdi, the father of Opera, is also from this era.

    This era was headed mostly by anonymous composers in both the fields of sacred music (liturgy) and non-sacred music.

    f. 20th Century and Beyond - 1900 - Present

    Some important composers of this era are: Stravinsky, Debussy, Prokofiev, Bartók, and Rachmaninoff.
