    Answer:Try to relax and restrain urges to be aggressive.

    Explanation:Trying to relax and restrain our urges to be agressive is a proper way of emotion regulation, and as adult we always have to learn to do this in order to be able to socialize well with others.

    We can't be bursting out aggressively in public every time something doesn't go away hence restraining our urges and finding proper ways to relax is the best way to deal with a difficult situation or an emotional one.
