    Maslow believed once biological and physicological needs are met people are ready to fulfill plein potential after all prior the needs are satisfied.

    He called this final stage is self actualization: the pursuit of personal goals that are unique to someone and give rewarding experiences and a sense of meaning to life.

    Individuals are free to express themselves, often searching goals without worrying about the standards of socially accepted predefined notions.

    (Example: a old granny decides to take music lessons).

    People ask themsevles what they want from life, they accept themselves as they are. And for they who are.

    They become concerned with themselves and they goals yet they still recognize needs and desires of others.

    After experiencing past sucess, people will enthusiasthically seek own dreams and go ahead and take steps to experience them.
