When were all women in the u. s. guaranteed the right to vote, hold property, and testify in court?

    In the original draft before the amendment, the majority of people concludes that the lawful individuals that held the right to vote, hold property, and testify in court were only white males. The situation started to change for women due to the womens right movement from 1848 - 1920
