    A certain case would be presented to the court of appeal if either party do not accept the decision of the lower courts.

    All Decision in appellate court will overrule the decision that made in lower court.

    In order to be accepted into appellate court, the party who proposed the case must provide new findings or evidence that are strong enough to alter the outcome of the previous trial.
