    Explanation:

    Spinoza's philosophy is contained in two books: the Theologico-Political Treatise, and the Ethics. The second book was published after his death in 1677.

    According to him, there is only one substance, explaining that God is the only substance in the universe and that substances do not share attributes therefore God is the only substance that possesses all attributes.
