Answer: Requiring current resumes and recommendations

Explanation: If the restaurant owner wants to be approached by suitable candidates with the appropriate knowledge and experience of the same calibre as his restaurant, then he will solve this problem, that is, his concern, if he states in the ad that he requires certain current resumes and recommendations i. e references.

In other words, in order to reduce the number of imperfect candidates, i. e the respondents to his ad in the advertisement for the new chef, owner of the restaurant has to establish criteria, which is the current resume, which means that all the skills and responsibilities required in the ad coincide with the candidate's previous experience. Also, references and recommendations of previous employers for these candidates where they will list exactly those qualities and skills that are required in advertising. Because if those qualities and skills that candidates have are not listed in the advertisement and without them they will be immediately rejected, without unnecessary wasting time.
