The bishop has more responsibilities. Becoming a bishop is the third and fullest level of the Sacrament of Holy Orders. Bishops also must make a visit to the Holy Father every five years and give a report on his particular diocese. To become a priest is the second level (Before and on a lower level than a Bishop)
