    The answer is: the individual contributors to a "bundled" donation by lobbyists will now have to be disclosed

    Often time, an individual would send their donation to a bundled donation in order to hide it from the public. By doing this, that individual can gain control over the representative and pay him/her to create the legislation which that particular individual want.

    Disclosing the individual contributors will reveal this information and prevent such occurrence from happening.
