Explain the purpose of government as accepted by the Framers, and identify one major influence on the development of that purpose.

    I'd say it would be the ability to protect them from infulexes and depression of prices in the market, assuring them of a "locked rate" for crop sales. And of course if they have left over harvest, the government buys it from them and exports it abroad to other nations in need. Also, if they put an effort towards using conservative farming methods that don't destroy the enviroment, use their farms for food research purposes, they get government subsidies, federal aid for droughts, and so on.

    Explanation:

    The government can protect the farmer, if the farmer does what they want.
