The Answer is A) If the company does not use all their pollution credits, they can sell them or trade them.

In an effort to reduce pollution and encourage companies to become more green, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provides companies with Pollution credits.

These basically limit the amount of pollution they can make. If they produce less pollution than the credits allow, the remaining can be sold and traded.
