In the given statement, per consumption of capita land is not given. Therefore, let's assume that per capita consumption of land is "A". In this case, the landmass needed to be cleared to meet the growing population need can be calculated as follows:

    7% of 4790 is 353.3 individuals.

Therefore, to calculate the required landmass, we have to multiply per capita consumption of land with the number of individuals. Thus, "353.5 ✕ A" will be the total land required after 5 years, in addition to what they currently have.
