Answer: Squeeze the bag with both hands

When giving ventilation using bag valve mask (BVM), it is best to have two people handle it. In this case, you are handling the bag positing which make sure the airway open so the air from the bag could enter the lungs. The other person should focus on delivering the air by squeezing the bag.
