    The answer would be macrocytic anemia.

    Macrocytic anemia is lack of red blood cells that caused by B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is mostly found in animal products (eggs, dairy product or honey) so vegan will have increased risk of deficiency. Vegetarian that doesn't eat meat also at risk of iron deficiency that will cause microcytic anemia.
